I LOVEEE volume eating. Here's what I included in my 600 calorie lunch today : 1/2 pouch of brown microwave rice Half a pepper Half a Carrott 100g of halloumi Salad 1 tomatoe And lots of sweet chilli sauce ๐ You can add to this, but this kept me full up from 11 am to around 3 pm, with 1 client and a class in the mix. #600calories #lunch #halloumi #healthy #veggies #colourful

Yep, from the age of thirty ๐ Top tips are - ๐ Do more weights ๐ Do less cardio (aka the boring stuff, like aimlessly running on a treadmil) By moving weights in the gym, you will retain muscle mass and bone density AND get the toned physic you're after.
