Pre holiday massage, anyone? I am going to be on holiday in the beginning of August, which is why I’ve opened up some extra last minute massage appointments for this week. Get in touch to get your summer massage!

I grew up in Finland, my home was a 5 minute walk through the woods to a big lake with a beach and many large rocks to sit on. I now feel so privileged to live in a village right next to the beautiful river Pang. This is my place of peace, relaxation and reflection. ❤️

Rhomboids are muscles located right beneath the Trapezius muscle. They retract, downward rotate, elevate and stabilise the scapular. Splenius cervicis is a deep muscle that assists in movement of the vertebral column and head. Many people report pain and tension in these muscles.

Working on those trigger points. They are tender localised spots that can vary in size. Poor posture, caused by sitting at a computer screen as an example, can be the activator and maintaining factor for trigger points.
