We received a call from a prospective client asking us to take down a wall between a small existing kitchen and a utility room to create a large luxery kitchen.

After several meetings, we finalised a plan. We referred the client to B&Q as they were offering substantial discounts for new kitchens to NHS workers.

Our tradespeople delivered this project within 5 weeks of starting, careful to take the time deserved when joining quartz worktops.

The client has now asked us to undertake a garage conversion which we are planning in the weeks ahead.

In the winter months it becomes more difficult to gauge the weather to complete a job.

One of our tenants recently discovered some aggressive mould behind a sofa which was moved recently.

24 hours on and upon further inspection we noticed that the outside wall had some gaps around the windows and the brickwork needed filling.

Jon - one of our handymen is on the case this morning and the job will be completed today with the mould treated correctly and finished off with a exterior repaint to give the property the facelift it deserves.
