5 self-care practices to help reduce stress and anxiety 🙏

There’s so much going on in the world that is stressful and creates anxiety in all of us.

It’s why it’s so important to practice self-care and look after yourself 💖

Here are 5 of my favourite ways to reduce stress:

🙏 Go for a walk. A park is great, but a walk to the shops works just as well.

🙏 Have a cup of tea. Your favourite preferably, but you can’t go wrong with a good cuppa.

🙏 Get the aroma of our lemon & lime candle around you.

🙏 Dance in your kitchen.

🙏 Hug someone. We love a good pet snuggle, but hugging your children or a friend works too.
