Our latest refurb project in Reading. The walls were not compliant with building regs so we managed to get the house £50k BMV. Not a NMD deal but very good for the south of England

House no.2 added to our portfolio today! The first BRRR deal for Hallett Jones and I am confident that we can add more. Single lets are a slow burner but consistency and compounding will eventually pay off 🏠🔑

Bathroom conversion of my house 🏠. Should've taken a few weeks but because of covid it took almost 3 months from March to June. Removing the bath added so much more space which meant we could add the plant, vanity unit and mirror 💯🙌. Cant wait to do the same on my other properties 🥳
