That’s another beautiful job finished off for a great customer of ours, doors and k***s fitted using Hafele soft close hinges, all scribes in and signed off.

Here we have a library wall built bespoke for our lovely customers, base units built out bb birch ply and clear lacquered to seal, top units built out of 22mm MRMDF and spray finished in sayerlack AT99 to F&B colour Cromarty. Worktop is 40mm thick dark oak finished in Finnes Jacobean wax. Just the doors to swing and it’s complete.

We paid the final visit to finish this stunning wall unit off, clear oil to the top, fitted the cornice and the rounded panel on the left to hide the bottom of the pier. The customer is going to do the handles that they are supplying. We just drilled the holes. Also, they are putting a mirror to fill the centre rectangle, picture to follow 🥰

Just a little update, doors, scribes and trim pieces fitted, one cornice piece got damaged and my customer is supplying the door handles not yet brought.

Hi everyone,
Started fitting this this afternoon for an awesome customer of ours, not only did we build this extension but we are slowly getting there fitting parts of the inside out. Just the finishing touches to do, scribes and doors to fit! The base units are birch ply that's been clear lacquered to give a crisp natural look, the green is farrow & ball duck green and the pink is farrow and ball crimson red, all mixed using sayerlack paints designed for mdf.

Laquered components drying off nicely, birch bb board, space has become very limited in the workshop so improvising as usual 🥳

The spraying continues, 1st coat of primer. When your running out of space you have improvise 🙈👀

The next jobs paint has arrived, this is the best product to date for painting MDF anything from Matt to full Gloss, this is mixed to Farrow & Balls Manor House Gray No. 265, in a Matt finish using the sayerlack base products.

These Farrow & Ball colours I’ve got to say are the most popular for colour finish on our furniture installs.

New addition on its way, growing business requires tools 🥳

The finish on birch plywood after it’s been lacquered is amazing, we use this style of finish on most of our builds for draw boxes and carcasses.

A lovely little alcove install creating a drinks storage and glasses cabinet.

The work keeps flying in, I haven’t posted on here in a long time so here’s a few project we are working on at the moment.

This is the mirror cabinet and a 3D drawing of it built, the doors are laid down and the fillet pieces are over sized to scribe into the wall and ceiling, the shelf designs are by request.

This is Basin and toilet vanity unit and a mirror cupboard above, as you can see they will fit wall to wall made to measure leaving an elegant and finished look to your bathroom.

Water based spray finish, achieving excellent results, can mix any colour e.g Ral colour or any Farrell & ball, whatever your preference is and finishes in Matt, Satin, or Gloss.

Shelving wall unit and vanity below, I’ve been having a lot of interest in customers wanting fitted furniture and am in the process of setting this service up, let me know your thoughts on these ideas.

Testing out designs for a shelving unit, this is a shelving unit for a bathroom the insides are going to be light oak and clear lacquer finish with Pebble grey colour finish to the end panels and trims. Ral colour (7047)
