Dear all, this is just kind reminder about my cancellation policy.
Cancelling or rescheduling appointments with less than 48h notice and lately I have been getting requests with less than 24h notice, does affect small business like mine, prevents others to book in and affects my income.
Self employed only get paid when they see clients/patients, please be aware of that.
I understand that life can happen sometimes and I have this unspoken rule not to charge patients but just once… For cancellation or to reschedule appointments please follow your booking link.

I do mainly specialise in treating fertility issues supporting couples through IVF process and natural conception, helping women through out pregnancy, supporting healthy pain free pregnancy and at later stage inducing labour but In my clinc I also see wide variety of health issues, from anxiety, stress, panic attacks, to insomnia, menopausal symptoms like night sweats, mood swings, low energy. I help mange pain, from lower back pain to sciatica to shoulder pain.

Simple answer is no, we use tiny needles, it takes 25 acupuncture needles to get thickness of one injection needle. Acupuncture is so relaxing that most of my patients sleeps during treatment. A lot of mu fertility patients come with negative mind and approach to their fertility journey. I am not surprised as they go through so many sad and heartbreaking moments.

It is easier said then done "Stay positive all will be well" and i catch myself a loth saying this to my patients. They probably think I can nit put myself in their shoes and I am expecting impossible from them.

But I can i am only a human.
I went through some dark times in my life and I still have my ups and downs where I can not stay positive. This ia why I read a lot of books about, mindset, gratitude, visualisation and positivity to gather as many tools for myself to work through negative approach as it is easier to stay negative, it is hard work to be always optimistic, especially when life gives you lemons.

So work on your positive mind, start visualising every day being pregnant or being a mum, start shopping for baby clothes, be grateful every day for being pregnant (even when you are not) I know this sounds weird but if you will think you will never get pregnant then guess what you will not.

You can not be going through fertility journey or IVF and thinking deep down this will not work!

Get your body and mind ready before the IVF starts or before you start trying again. You can not to do the same thing over and over again and expect different results. Change your mindset, lifestyle, take supplement, have Abdominal Sacral Massage, Reflexology, Acupuncture with practitioner trained in treating fertility , we know what we are doing.
Make sure you have all test done, there is no such thing as unexplained infertility. Test for NK cells, Thyroid antibodies, B12, Vit D deficiency. Check the swimmers! Yes boys health also count! and not only standard s***m test, but test from DNA Fragmentation, Check testicals with Urologist, hormonal balance. Make sure your man eats healthy, takes supplements and also have holistic treatment like acupuncture.

Funny enough both ladies I have started treating over a year ago almost at the same time, one having unexplained infertility issues and never been pregnant, one with secondary infertility and with history of multiple miscarriages... I am glad that we have worked some magic together as yes I am taking some credit here with my super-duper acupuncture needles....💪

Ladies do knot know each other but they had little girls few days apart from each other, how great is that!

I am exited and no doubt I will be be very emotional when I meet those tiny humans, I don't know why but I always cry… 😭❤️😍

Fertility Awareness Week….

This week is upsetting for so many of you 💔 I had a phone call with one of my patients today who is amazing fighter but lately fertility journey has become too much.
And my heart goes out to her, I am on this journey with her and would love to take her pain away to make her dream come true like today, as honestly her journey has been Fu***ng horrible!!! (Excuse my language) But How many of you are doing everything right, eating well? taking supplements? not drinking or smoking? doing acupuncture or reflyxology? had every test under the sun possible to check why you are not pregnant yet?
Explaining yourself to everyone yet not being understood by anyone!!!

Feeling like life is still not moving forward and all friends around you are getting pregnant easily, feeling useless, feeling like you have failed?

You are not alone, I am here for you, I am here to listen, to hold your hand, to laugh with, to cry with, to fu***ng swear if you need to as Fertility journey can be bloody expensive, unfair, mentally and physically painful and lonely.
