Hello everyone, i'm an ex society member!

I was the marketing manager of the society back in 2017-18, i helped make the logo and society website you see today.

Since then moved to live and work in Shanghai with the aim of setting up a recruitment company whilst i make a living from teaching.

I did this because during my time on placement year in 2016-17 i worked for VWG and managed a recruitment campaign with my Audi HR team and got an interest in recruitment through doing so.

I then applied my interests to recruitment (travel like most of us) and made a recruitment company ideal for people looking for placement years abroad/work abroad/work whilst abroad.

Fast forward 4 year's and just last month I finally got my first customers (mostly in Australia at the moment), it's been a hell of a ride but now i'm here I want to leave no stone unturned.

I must sound like a absolute beg haha but i know so many of you have now worked in some awesome businesses and are directly connected to HR in some shape of form. If you could bring-up my website (www.tripapt.com) in any talks of recruitment it would be amazing for me.

If your no longer in such circles i'd like to ask if you can just head over to my page, and show support whenever you have time. I've shared a post below to give you an example at quick glance.

I'd love to hear back from you guys and see how the last few years have treated you. I'm sure you've all been through some hard times in our global climate (I'm currently locked down in Shanghai where we're not even allowed to leave the house, 10 days deep right now).
