Nathalie currently lives in Gusselby, Sweden, and has previously resided in Reading, England, where she lived for over 20 years. NML Arts and Crafts is now a part of Emerentsia. Nathalie is an self-taught artist, a photographer and a designer. She also enjoys making craft items which she sells on this website. Nathalie knew she was artistic very early in her life. At kindergarten she was already drawing people with five fingers and expressed dismay at others who only drew four fingers. Both at primary and secondary school teachers noted her artistic skill and the last teacher she had at primary school said "...that being an artist was a good choice for career [for me]...". Nathalie gave up doing art for a number of years from late-teens until mid-2000 when she discovered the imaginative world of needlework design and rediscovered the joys of doing art, and that made her decide to take up arts and crafts (again) until retiring from designing needlework in 2014 and deciding to concentrate completely of doing art and making handcrafted products from 1 January 2016 onwards. Nathalie has recently also embarked on a career to be a book writer and is working on her first novel which she hopes to finish at the end of 2015, and she's also working on other writing projects as well. For needlework enthusiasts, Nathalie will be recreating (and continuing) her Feline Stitching Fun Club after a period of absence from the crafting world. Other activities and hobbies include cooking and baking, walking, painting and drawing, designing web pages, reading a wide range of books, watching television and movies, doing photography, travelling in England and overseas (when I got the time and funds of course), and much more...
