The foundations have now been laid on our 9 unit scheme with the block and beam floors installed. All drainage has been completed.

The carpentry on the exsisting house renovation has started and M&E finalised.

We had a great day yesterday at with various different land agents and colleagues/friends.

We were so lucky with the weather but not so lucky on the horses 🤦🏻‍♀️

The Final push now for our Kingsgate Tadworth development. All 4 houses will be finished in the next few weeks with all landscaping and resin driveways complete. 2 already under offer 🔥 and discussions with other potential buyers 🏠

Our 9 unit scheme in Sussex is underway with the footings being dug and concrete poured.

Steph’s role is to design and create all of our interior specification for our Developments. She has been busy on our Kingsgate development and and now starting to look at our new West Sussex 9 unit scheme and others we currently have in planning.

Kingsgate’s plots 2 and 3 have had their bathrooms tiled and 2nd fix M&E. The V4 chevron misty grey wood flooring is starting to be laid today. All ready for their final push to get the development finished. 🚀
