After being decorated and fitting all the furniture the room really comes together. The dark walls compliment the dark floor and the white panelling keeps it light.

Herring bone again! This time in a downstairs toilet. The bespoke panelling on the walls gives it an elegant look.

A complete refresh of this family bathroom. I love the herring bone effect on the floor and the wall tiles give it a very luxurious feel. Now everything is in it’s ready for decorating.

Laid this floor with large format tiles in preparation for another kitchen installation by APB Builders.

With a little bit of time and patience we managed to avoid threshold bars and keep the flow of these tiles from room to room. It was worth it for the end result!

The new downstairs toilet was also included in this run and was also tiled before everything else was installed.

Been a busy few weeks and glad to get everyone finished and ready for Christmas!

After installing this kitchen with APB Builders, the splashback is the perfect finishing touch. It keeps the room light and fresh and compliments the quartz worktops beautifully.

As well as the en suite this family also decided to have the main bathroom redone in a similar style and with the same tiles…

The tiles are a great detail and look great. Worth all the effort!…

Installation of an en suite shower room in a loft conversion. The wall and floor tiles were large marble effect tiles that proved tricky to cut and fit! They do look effective though…

FINISHED! Now a more spacious room the white walls brighten the space, while the wood effect floor tiles keep it feeling warm…

Tiling almost completed and the bathroom furniture started going in!…

After completing the new wall and all the prep work, the room was ready to start tiling…

Been a busy few months and neglected here a bit but back on it now and will catch up with what I’ve been doing…

Removing an airing cupboard made all the difference in this family bathroom. This just after building the framework of the new wall…

Stripped out this downstairs toilet to lay a new floor, and replace everything. Not bad for a day’s work!…

All the tiling is finished and the bath, etc is going in. This is with the shower enclosure being added and everything else nearly done!

Moving on from the en suite and now doing the main family bathroom in the same style…

Finished! By changing the walk in shower to a shower enclosure it makes the room feel bigger, and the new modern style keeps it bright. Have also included the before photo for comparison!…

A busy few days getting the room tiled and the new bathroom furniture fitted. The room is starting to take shape and just the last few detail to go!…

The room is fully plastered and painted, all ready for the floor to go down and cupboards to be fitted…

Ripping out this downstairs bathroom and knocking through into the cloakroom to make it a utility room and downstairs toilet. We have already moved the family bathroom upstairs!

The floor is down, worktops are in and the addition of the splashback completes the room! The space is much brighter and far more useful for the family.

Now plastered and the units are in! The lighter coloured wall cupboards keep the space bright and the island offers more storage and worktop space. Just waiting on the floor and worktops now…

🍴 New kitchen/diner space… Have just started this total rip out to make the space more useable, and flow better for this family…

With all the fixtures and fittings in place and painting all completed the room is transformed! It looks so spacious and is now a far more practical space for this family home…

Turning this bedroom into a family bathroom involved lots of preparation including new plumbing both inside and out. With the first few coats of paint and the tiles starting to go up, the room is really starting to take shape…

HAPPY NEW YEAR! A little late I know but Christmas flew by and I have hit the ground running this year.

I’ve started 2022 with a new bathroom installation. The chimney breast was removed in a third bedroom in order to convert it into an upstairs family bathroom. The original downstairs bathroom is now being turned into a utility room off of the kitchen. It has been a great project to work on and I look forward to sharing photos of the progress.

This is it after the chimney was taken out and just after it was plastered…

By using lighter tiles, the space looks so much bigger and the free standing bath adds a luxurious feel to this family bathroom…
