We know you want gorgeous glowing beautiful skin because be honest, who wouldn’t?! So here are Sue’s 5 tips to gaining that gorgeous glow!

1. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!

Drinking at least 2-3 litres of water a day to keep your body and skin hydrated! Drinking more water helps flush out the toxins on your skin which is why it’s so beneficial!

2. WEAR SUNSCREEN EVERY DAY!

Wearing sunscreen with a minimum of SPF30 is essential! The sun will prematurely age your skin and can lead you to having pigmentation and dehydration!

3. USE A TARGETED SERUM!

Knowing what your skin needs is so important! Using a serum that is targeted towards your skin needs and concerns is essential to the overall improvement of your skin! Not sure what serum you should be using? Contact us for a free consultation!

4. FOLLOW DAILY SKINCARE REGIME!

You should always be using a Cleanser, Toner and Moisturiser (and SPF) as a minimum in your skincare routine! This should be used twice a day! This keeps your skin clean, fresh and glowing which leads to healthier and better skin results! Using products with great ingredients is the most important aspect of having a routine. You won’t have amazing results if your products are not suited or good for your skin!

5. REGULAR PROFESSIONAL FACIALS!

Having regular professional facials is the best possible thing for your skin! Letting your specialist deep clean your skin whilst giving your skin its unique needs to improve the texture and tone! Having self care time also makes you feel great whilst improved glowing skin helps you to feel more confident in yourself!

I would like to introduce you all to our new Puppy Benji 🐶💙, I’m so in love with him already, he loves fluffy slippers!!! sleepless nights here we come 🙈
