When booking direct through me, don’t forget there’s a mandatory registration fee upon arrival at reception, this allows you to be on site and use their facilities, entertainment, and swimming ect. The registration charge varies in price depending on when you go, the duration of the stay, and your age.
Please be sure to find out what you will be charged on arrival as they will not hand over our keys with out paying the mandatory registration fee.

All check ins will be from 4pm. Unless otherwise agreed. If you are wanting early check in there will be an additional charge, because we are charged for priority cleaning slots.
Please let me know in advance if your wanting to check in early so I can organise this to avoid any disappointment. 🥰

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to alter our check in and check out times for the foreseeable future.
This season we will welcome a new cleaning company and we have to work around them and their availability. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to any bookings already made, but the new check in times are now from 4pm possibly 3pm depending on availability. Any earlier check ins may be available at a small charge but only if Available.
With everything on the rise we are trying to keep prices as low as possible, however site passes our increasing, for those already booked in i will be in touch to discuss what the site are now charging for the mandatory passes.
When equiring please include the date your wanting, how many adults and children the booking is for, and the ages of the children, it speeds up the enquiry.
And lastly WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS as cute as they are!
