With a heavy heart we have to announce the loss of Jake.
Thank you to all those who pampered and fussed over him throughout the years making him such a happy pub dog.
Don’t be too sad for us, we had over 14 and a half years of fun and happiness with Jakey, he’ll be missed but not forgotten x

We are extremely excited to announce our new Sunday takeaway service! Starting on Sunday 7th February 🍽 We have partnered up with and will be expanding our services in the next couple of weeks. We are accepting pre-orders from Tuesday 2nd February so jump online and have a look at our menu! We will also be offering 15% off all click and collect orders. Hopefully this will put a smile on our lovely, loyal customers’ faces!

We appreciate plans change or it may be colder than you thought when making the booking but we really would like to fill all our tables at this time of year and it hurts with the number of no shows. We do email or call everyone for confirmation.

On a more positive note a huge thank you to the vast majority who have turned up and made it such a warm and Christmasy atmosphere we hope to see you all again soon.

Whilst we've been closed our old friend JJ and his band have been keeping busy with this lovely song.

In relation to the new government guidelines we want to assure our customers we are doing everything we can to make sure you stay safe.

Our front of house team will be wearing face masks at all times.

All customers are required to wear a face mask at all times unless seated at a table.

As we must ensure the building is empty at 10pm, our last food reservation will be at 8.30pm and our last drinks order will be at 9.30pm.

We are very grateful to our wonderful customers for sticking with us through these difficult times and for understanding the importance of these new measures to keep staff and customers safe.

Happy Bank Holiday everyone! Monday sees the last Help Out to Eat Out but we want to keep it going. At present it is only going to be for pre-booked tables on a Monday throughout September. However, throughout September we are also going to bring in 50% off Bottles of wine up to £25 on Tuesday nights! We’d also like to take this moment to wholeheartedly say thank you to all who have visited us these past 2 months. The kindness, understanding and generosity has made it a pleasure to work.
