Something a little different today, this little inspection hatch found a leak without damaging the tiled area of the house (75%).
Positive - found and repaired leak by All Out Heating & Plumbing .
Negative - Customer had numerous parts in their 10yr old boiler replaced and advised to have new boiler fitted to stop the constant pressure loss (which it didnt).
It's a shame they didn't call me sooner, could of saved them all the parts and a new boiler!

Out with the old and in with a high efficiency ATAG boiler with 14yrs warranty. Installed with a new thermostat running 2 zones (upstairs and downstairs) and hot water tank on priority demand. Even better that the system has been wired in using OpenTherm® which will help the boiler work even more efficiently rather than tour standard on/off controls.
