We are the first tenants and residents association in Rochdale to set up a website independantly of any other organisation and actively promote and encourage our members opions and voice.

Use your voice and tell them just why you don't want it. The castleton phase has caused three businesses to close and over 100 residents losing access to parking outside their own homes. Expect more of the same on Old Manchester Road and sudden village
We've already had 188 responses to our consultation on the new cycle lane we'll be constructing between the Royal Toby Hotel and Rochdale town centre and you've still got time to give us your views.
