The Pint Pot
Ale House & Whiskey Emporium in the heart of Rochdale.
Here we have our weekend ready beers ready & waiting for your consumption, from a bright & summery golden ale to a deeply flavourful stout theres a beer for all the weather we've had just today! 🍻
The sunshine has finally made an appearance & its looking like a cracking weekend ahead, so we've filled our fridge with what we think is an absolute summer staple, the Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Stile Capri.
It's refreshing, its fruity & it just goes perfectly with a little bit of sunshine, just the ticket for an afternoon like this.
Wanna watch the final without the k**bheads?
Then we have you covered, our Charlie has had a football based epiphany & really wants to show the final to you lovely lot, so he's been tinkering away on the TV & by George he's cracked it!
So this evening he will be showing England take on Spain in the Euro's final from 8pm, now we can't promise he will cheer for England or know any of the rules, but we can promise a less chaotic pub to watch the fellas try & get that gold.
On our pumps this drizzly weekend we have a couple of pretty great beers pouring just for you Rochdale, from a delightfully British Auburn Ale to a bright citrussy pale theres something for everyone.
And if you're after something a little more on the dark side then we absolutely have you covered with our Dark Bitter from Purple Moose Brewery, even though its supposed to be summer, we never turn our back on dark, rich beers.
Our weekend casks are looking good, yeah the suns shining but you can't beat a proper pint of ale no matter the weather.
So lets have a look at what's pouring theres a smooth porter from Facer's Flintshire Brewery thats everything a good porter should be, then theres the classic English Bitter, the 'Jouster' from , a malty number thats a classic in any temperature.
Then there's the 'Pow Pow' from that has a heavy hit of those Citra hops we all know & love, then last but no means least we have the 'Cow Down' from Stone Daisy Brewery, dubbed a social pale ale for its lower abv but by gosh it doesn't skimp out on flavour, perfect for an afternoon out on the beers.
Quiz time is almost upon us once more, our Wednesday Night bandits will be back with a whole dose of daftness from 7:30pm.
There's heaps of quizzical questions & enough sarcasm to get your eyes rolling all night long, our mate Kyle will be in one of his signature smoking jackets ready to see who will reign victorious in this weeks quiz.
As you well know, we have a mad respect for the fella's over at so that why we like to keep at leats one of their incredible beers pouring at all times, whether that be cask or keg there's always a flavour of the week.
Our usual suspect is this pretty little thing, the Inception IPA is wildly sessionable & a prime example of the quality of beer being produced & why they're at the top everyone's list.
Hitting our pumps this week there's a couple of new faces around, from this delightfully rich Oatmeal Stout from , "Murder She Oat", to the wonderfully sessionable IPA, "In through the Out Door" from Salopian Brewery.
Then the pair from Langton Brewery are still waiting in the wings, the "Inclined Plane" - a flavoursome Amber Ale & the "Top Tock", a bright, refreshing golden number thats just the ticket.
Our Quiz returns tomorrow evening from 7:30pm with our host Kyle Rickards and perhaps a couple of these beers being poured as well! 🍻
Our bank holiday beer line up is here Rochdale! 🍻

Then we have a pair of LocAle legends sitting pretty in the middle, from Serious Brewing Company we have the 'Amarillo & Cascade', a light hoppy number charts perfect for this warm weather, and we have the modern classic, the award winning 'Bunk" from our mates over at Wakey Wakey Brewing Company, perfect no matter the weather!
Heading our way this weekend is this absolute crowd favourite, every time we have one of these hooked up its gone in a day or so! 🍻
The 'Boss Man's Brew' by Phoenix Brewery is an absolute local legend, a classic English Bitter with that delightfully malty flavour we all know & love just goes down a treat come rain or shine.
