This week, for our 19th Good Deed, we’re proud to share that we donated a variety of items to Rochdale Childrens Moorland Home ❤️

A wonderful charity which has been around for more than 100 years, the team there provide a free holiday home to disadvantaged children in the local area during school holiday periods 🙌

A huge thank you to Christina Hand for bringing her ice cream van up to the home for the children earlier this week, to help them cool down in this glorious sunshine ☀️
They all loved their tour of the van and making their own ice creams 🍦

We had an amazing day at the beach and splash park in fleetwood yesterday!

We’ve been working hard lately, to spruce up our barn area, with new windows, lighting and flooring and a new urban jungle theme.
Big thank you to Pulsar Property Solutions for all their help with the renovations

The winner of our Easter egg colouring competition we held with the children who visited during the school holidays was Sienna.

Thank you to everybody who voted for their favourite 😍 all the children received an Easter egg kindly donated by Ian at realise training
and Sienna received an Easter basket full of treats aswell for her winning picture

Rochdale Childrens Moorland Home Lottery

Did you know we have a weekly lottery?
For just £1 a week you can be in with the chance of winning 50% of the draw money, with the other 50% going direct to funding equipment and outings for the children.

Moorland Home costs in excess of £70,000 a year to run, with costs rising all the time. Without the generosity and support of our followers, we would not be able to keep offering holidays to local children.

Our lottery has seen a fall in supporters lately and we desperately need to keep it viable. if you can spare just £1 a week, please follow the link to get signed up

We at Rochdale Childrens Moorland Home are very sad to hear of John’s passing, he was an avid supporter of the home for many years and we were so honoured to be on the receiving end of his generosity 😔
