I’ve always purchased ready-made i-cord from a small business, with not having a huge range of knitted items. However, as my collection has grown, I decided it was time to try making my own i-cord. I invested in a yarn mill and have been practicing diligently for weeks. I quickly learned that it’s much more challenging than it appears! Thankfully, my efforts have paid off, and I finally feel confident in my skills. While I still plan to support the small business for some of my needs, creating my own i-cord allows me to offer a wider variety of colors, as I have more options with yarn than with the ready-made cord.
