Keeping the condenser out the way and trunking and drains to a minimum gives this install a clean look.

After decommissioning and removing faulty wall mounted units we Installed a twin split at a school in Sittingbourne this week.

Almost completed a project in Robertsbridge.
Pre laid the pipework inside a wall ready for the final fix in a few weeks.
Few more little bits to do then it’s complete.

Perfect for keeping clients cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The system has WI-FI so the owner can turn the system on from home so that it’s warm when he arrives in the morning.

Finishing off installing 4 condensers with a total of 5 indoor units in Bexley.
This job was done in multiple stages, working alongside the builders to lay the pipework in ceilings and walls.
Two more indoor units to hang and then we’re done ✔️
Found this leak on a routine maintenance.
Finding the leak early has helped the customer:
1.) From losing all 8Kg’s of refrigerant.
2.) Keep the office warm and not freezing with this weather.
3.) Keep the server room which is essential for business nice and cool.
4.) Prevent the system from getting damaged.

- All outdoor pipework encased in black trunking.
- Any exposed pipework has been coated in UV protection paint so that it doesn’t deteriorate.
- Indoor drain outlets have been fed into gutter downpipe.
- Condenser drains have been installed to floor level.
- Both systems have their own power supply ran from the fuse box.
- All holes that have been cored for pipework to exit the building has been filled with Silicone.
- End caps installed on all strut.
- Systems have been vacuumed to a minimum of 140 microns.
This level of detail comes as standard with all of our installs.

Different day today.
Worked on a ship unloading butane to .
Evaporator coil had a split in a seriously difficult place to repair.
But seeing as the ship was only docked for one day, we couldn’t let the crew go a few weeks without fresh food so we stayed late to get the job done.
