A recent kitchen refurbishment in Wainscott 🏡

We took down a load bearing wall and installed a steel beam creating one large room which was originally a separate kitchen and dining room.

We blocked up an existing doorway, plastered and installed spotlights creating a lovely family/social space. Very happy customers!

The shower was located in the middle of the room, we removed it and installed a bath which created a much better use of the space. Great transformation and very happy customers.

Along with fitting a new kitchen, we removed the stud wall and repositioned the oven. We also extended the kitchen into the dining area to create more space resulting in a larger kitchen with more storage and integrated fridge and freezer. We introduced additional socket points/switches and under cupboard lighting.

We plastered the ceiling, tiled walls and painted for a whole new look.

A recent bathroom refurbishment in Higham. We removed the airing cupboard to allow for more space and new position of the shower. This family bathroom is now spacious, brighter, and more up to date 🏡

Recently completed kitchen renovation in Cliffe woods.

We bricked up a side entrance door and hallway door to create more kitchen space. We replaced the kitchen to make it much more modern.

We undertook all works including:
- Installation of kitchen
- External brickwork
- Electrics
- Gas
- Plastering
- Flooring

Thought we would share some before and after pics of a recent kitchen renovation in Halling.

We undertook the entire project including:

- Knocking through from the kitchen to dining room and conservatory area (including installation of steel beams and padstones along with obtaining the necessary permissions and sign off from building control)

- Bricking up a wall leading from living room to conservatory area

- Bricking up the original kitchen entrance and created a new entrance where we installed French doors

- All electrical work including spotlights

- Plastering

- Installation of kitchen

Very happy customers and looks fantastic!

Kitchen needed updating and we worked hard to achieve the customer's vision.

We undertook the full refurb including electrics, gas, tiling, plastering, plumbing, stone worktops and installation of the kitchen

Customer wanted new Edwardian spindles which we fitted. Looks a lot brighter, fresher and more modern!

We also completely rearranged the bathroom layout making it a lot more accessible 👍

We used to do a lot of loft/garage conversions some years back and customer asked if this was something we could carry out. Great outcome where an unused space is now an office space!
