Due to our ongoing growth plans here at Lennys, we are currently seeking some new staff to join our team. We are looking for the following roles within our group business (incorporating Lennys of Rochester and Lennys of Eastgate)

Group Manager (of both businesses)
A cook
Front of House Superstars and
Restaurant Staff

These roles are ideally, full time but we would consider part time applicants, that said ALL applicants would need to understand that weekend, bank holiday and school holidays all fall in as part of the working year. Experience is preferred. Remember hospitality isn’t for the faint hearted, we are busy, when everyone is wanting to enjoy themselves. There is no point applying if you are going to let us down, go sick all the time or have commitments that get in the way of having a job. We mean that in the nicest possible way, but we have grand plans and we want you to come on the journey, positively.

2024 Sweeps completed and what a fun one it was. Thank you to everyone that supported our local family business, it never goes unnoticed.

We hope you enjoyed everything you drank and ate with us - and wow it was a lot. I think we’ve all seen enough donuts to last a lifetime! But they’ll be back next weekend.

We are bringing a touch of vintage to the Rochester Art Fair this year! Our coffee machine is attached to a bike - just adding something a little different!

It’s all systems go here at all of the Lenny’s stores ahead of this years . We have three stores for you to choose from this year.

The original - your high street store will be full of donuts, cheesecakes, pasties, coffees, frappes, milkshakes (in about 40 flavours!) cakes, baguettes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat in or take away.

We’ve got the new and chilled Lennys of Eastgate. Accessible to all - with disabled toilets available. Fingers crossed for sunshine as we have a beautiful decked area looking out over Eastgate Gardens and with views of Charles Dickens Chalet.

Our third store is a pop up - we were asked to return as the preferred coffee shop at Rochester Art Fair at the beautiful Corn Exchange. We shall be located in the Princess Suite. With coffee (made on a bike - yes, go with it!) and drinks and savoury snacks galore. Plus a host of donuts, muffins and other goodies.

All our our locations are licensed. So come and visit us!

Front of House Assistants

Working Front of House, you shall be required to work to our operating procedures as well as being great with customers. We would ideally be looking for those individuals who have Barista and Food prep skills.

We do work long hours and you are on your feet a lot of the day - please do bear that in mind when making your application.

Hours are flexible but will need to fit with the shops requirements and as such shall be a full time position.
Weekend working is required here and this will be inclusive in this role.

We are looking for people who are passionate about food, customer service and works to the highest standards in respect of food and hygiene.

🥪 Our ground floor counter consisting of lots of your favourite treats, cakes and pastries. We also serve fresh sandwiches baguettes and wraps with a multitude of fillings and you can grab a hot coffee to take away!

🧁Our middle floor which is bright and airy with its very own mini counter! You can enjoy sitting inside with a hearty breakfast or anything from our main counter!

🛋️ Our top floor is our biggest seating area complete with cozy fire and sofa area as well as views onto the Rochester high street!
