A gentle potter in the workshop today.... Oink-o-raptor body and head blocks were glued overnight.* The hinges I bought special have been found and other bits n bobs I need... After rewatching the first two bird lessons lots of snags and to-dos have been identified, including making templates and cutting out parts for the control mechanisms.
The obligatory designated receptacle for all the fiddly bits and pieces has been sorted...
*(Of course I forgot to drill all the holes while the blocks were square but who wants an easy life really...?!)
