It was a challenging cold & tough game at HQ today But we still manage to smile.
A massive team effort with epic players. And these Women throughly deserved their praise today.

However, Alix Davis (on the right) is stealing Hannah Lees () lime light, it was a tough pick between them in the forwards as they were on fire πŸ”₯ for us this afternoon.

So, it's only fair if Hannah got the pint, Alix gets the picture.

Before the month ends we need to give these two people the recgonition they deserve...

Both joined us this season and have brought their own brilliance to the squad.

Sam in showing us it doesn't matter where you are in life there's always room to try something new & challenging. Which she is absolutely smashing!(November)

Steph for her vibrance in throwing herself into a new team and not being afraid to just be herself. Even though we wish we had control over the volume on her kareoke vocals. (October)

We are lucky that these guys, and all the newbies that have joined so far, are now part of the Medway family.

If you play or fancy trying something new don't be afraid to message us.

On a cold Sunday afternoon the Womens Twos went to .ewes_sheppeyrfc for their 2nd game as a squad.
Before KO a minutes silence was held in respect of young Ella from Aylesford rfc.
Please find the link for their justgiving page below. https://www.justgiving.com/page/natalie-james-1700515438864?utm_medium=fundraising&utm_content=page%2Fnatalie-james-1700515438864&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=pfp-share

The cold didn't put Medway off by any measure as they ran a few trys over Sheepeys line to take the win on the day.
A dominant Medway preformance, but that doesn't take away from an organised Sheppey side who took a couple of their own and stayed strong to medways relentless attacks.

''On Sunday Medway Minis hosted an inter club girls focus session where we welcomed minis girls from Tonbridge Judds and Dartfordians U9-U11.
It was a brilliant (if not windy morning) with the girls. They worked together so well, communicating, coaching each other and celebrating their success.
They may have been wearing different socks but they really pulled together as one to develop their rugby skills and capabilities.
Glowing with confidence and slightly smeared in mud - these girls confirmed this is a game for all.''

We are always proud of our U18 girls, especially today. They have incredible resilience and determination, and are a team that sticks together and learns / adapts on the pitch. A fantastic second half saw us win that one 10-7, but with 22 points against us in the first half the mountain was too big to climb, this time. Feel proud everyone, onwards and upwards.

Congratulations to the Sevenoaks & Aylesford team on the National Cup game win. Final score 29-10.
