Me & my: PrintIQ - Printweek When the large-format print and installation specialist Wallace Print found that its existing MIS was being stretched to its limits, it looked around for an alternative.

Wallaceprint.com is an established large format printer based in Kent. We are looking for a pre press technician to join our busy Studio team, possessing a good knowledge of a range of programme’s especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Acrobat/Pitstop Pro. This is not a design role.

We are a fast paced business with quick turn arounds so if this sounds like the job for you then please send your CV to [email protected].

Hours of work would be Monday - Friday - 9:00 - 16:30 with an option of overtime when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Amend and check artwork, Re-sizing, checking bleeds, over print issues.
Creating cut files, spotwhite/varnish files
Creating a digital proof to send for approval
Making artworks print ready and ripped into production
Ability to manage and adhere to tight deadlines
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Comfortable within a fast-paced work environment
Good knowledge of large format printing and production process

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Wallaceprint.com is an established large format printer based in Kent. We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager with extensive print knowledge.

We are a fast paced business with quick turn arounds. You will be responsible for managing and developing your own customer accounts. An attractive package for the right person is offered. Please no agencies!

Roles & Responsibilities

- Creating quotations from our PrintiQ software based on the client’s needs.
- Liaise regularly and closely with new and existing clients to maximise sales.
- Uphold excellent client relationships.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable within a fast-paced work environment.

Hours of work would be
Monday - Friday - 8:00 – 17:00.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
