O2 Touch on Wednesday 7th July 2021 will be different…with the Lions 🦁 ko at 6pm & England v Denmark (football) 8pm we will roll-ball at 7pm (Justin Wadhams will lead a short session of o2 touch 7pm till 7.45pm)…so please come along to the Club & watch the Lions & then England football on the big telly & join Justin for some fitness & fun…Club bar & grill will be open too & all welcome at Medway RFC Clubhouse from 5.30pm on Wednesday…Enjoy…please share!

O2 Touch session #12 on Wednesday 16th June 2021 brought around x50 souls together on a splendid & sweltering evening for social fitness and fun at its best…the weather storm ⛈ commenced around 9pm providing a continuation of the ⚡️lightning & thunder seen on the pitches just minutes previously…the Rugby Club Bar then offered perfect shelter…thank you all for joining in…see you next week…C’mon Medway!

o2 touch on Wednesday 5th May…session #6…at Medway RFC saw a biblical downpour of rain accompanied by lightning ⚡️ & thunder…nevertheless x41 souls took part and the weather cleared up & provided a beautiful sunset…fitness & fun enjoyed by all…session #7 next Wednesday 12th May 7pm…see you there…

Saturday 17th April 2021 attracted around x60 participants to O2 touch at Medway RFC...a warm & sunny spring afternoon saw fitness & fun enjoyed by all...session #3 accompanied the rugby club kitchen (The Buxton Grill) & Club Bar fully re-opening and al-fresco meetings of old friends & new offered a fresh sense of community & togetherness...see you all next Saturday 24th April 12.30pm ko...let’s do some more...C’mon Medway!
