It’s been a long year of uncertainty and restrictions.

From Monday we are back for Personal training and people’s individual needs, the groups will remain via zoom for a little bit longer.

Now let’s look at calories today .. specifically calorie deficit.
What it is:
A caloric deficit is any shortage in the amount of calories consumed relative to the amount of calories required for maintenance of current body weight. A deficit can be created by reducing input/calories consumed. A deficit can also be created by increasing output without a corresponding increase in input.
When you create a calorie deficit, your body gets energy or fuel from stored fat. This is the extra fat that you carry throughout your body.
How do you create a calorie deficit:
The number of calories your body needs each day depends on your activity level. That includes the exercise you do every day and also your non-exercise physical movement. If you increase the number of calories your body needs, but still consume the same number of calories from food, you'll reach a calorie deficit.
So you don’t need those fad diets, “diet” pills, “magic” teas or the cult of slimming world.
For most of you you just need to Move more,
For a few of you you need to eat less,
For the best results you will likely want to do both.
