We urgently need a sushi chef the duties include as follows:
• Create a diverse sushi menu in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager and considering
customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee sushi preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes in terms of taste and presentation.
Explore new ingredients, flavours, and techniques to create unique and appealing sushi
dishes.
• Maintain strict quality standards for freshness, taste, and presentation of sushi dishes.
Supervise and train sushi chefs and kitchen staff, promoting. teamwork and adherence to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to manage sushi ingredient inventory and minimize
waste.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to coordinate kitchen operations and improve efficiency.
