These models are pouring in thick and fast today, Katie painted her first model this weekend and there’s the almost finished result!

Great choice of colours and the two tone eagle really pops, but what do you all think??

Family painting competition time again!!!

Simon aka dad and sons Ling-qi (13) and Zhirui (11) have all recently completed their kroot models of the month and are all after the bragging rights of having the best one.

So I put the question to you all to choose which one you think is best, because I blatantly don’t want to be the bad guy!

Harry 8 and sister Erin 6 have clearly been working hard on their painting under the tutelage of their dad Tom.

It’s very rare I’m lost for words but these two have managed it today!

Eve who’s 8 has just painted her first ever model and has chosen her own colour scheme.

I think it’s pretty cool and decently unique, she’s also named it Andy. So I definitely approve!!

Store anniversary update!

This years anniversary models are great!!
I will have a small number of them physically in store on Saturday 30th March, once these are sold out as usual they will be able to continue to be bought, they will just be on a made to order basis.

And yes they will count towards the tiered rewards for making purchases!

How amazing is this?? 4 year old Ava has been hard at work painting her own space marine while dad has been painting his own models.

Who is going to give this little lady some words of encouragement?

Kyla who’s 9, has spent hours over a few days painting her saurus warrior, who’s been called Bubblesaurus!

The colour scheme works really well and I honestly think she’s does incredibly well!

What do you all think? Maybe we can get some words of encouragement? As she will soon be starting a space marine she’s half inched off her dad!!

Gabriel, 15, has just brought in his second and third ever models, and I’m actually got smacked at how good they are!

Check out the moustache on the librarian (which is definitely not based on Gabriel’s dad at all).

The psychophage is the largest model he has painted so far, he’s adamant that it’s not even finished and has big plans for the base!!

William 13 has just been painting a kruelboy in the shop, having only recently having started out in our wonderful hobby.

Yet again, I’m equally happy and sad to see another young person being so good at painting! (I know, I get jealous easily)

Judah 8 and brother Reuben have been busy painting over the holidays and have come in to show me their mildly annoyingly good efforts on both the red gobbo and grotmas!!

Seriously never fails to amaze/annoy me as to how good these young people are at painting!

Gabriel who’s 14 (15 in 20 days apparently) and Noah who’s 13. Have recently got started in the hobby and have eagerly brought me in their first attempts at painting.

Having never even had a painting lesson I think it’s safe to say these guys will soon be teaching a few of us some tricks!

Tommy who i used to like before he told me I was old and grumpy, has just finished painting his first model.

I’d love to say it was good, but I’m still a little hurt. So it’s up to you guys to tell him how he’s done while I go back in my cupbaird and fry a little bit.
