Got a cough? Feeling bunged up?
BEFORE YOU PANIC...could it be a common cold?
We’ve broken down the common symptoms of a cold.
While you may feel miserable when you have a cold, the symptoms are generally mild compared to COVID. The following symptoms are generally more associated with a cold:
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Cough (mild)
- Sneezing
- Sore throat
On the contrary, if you have a high temperature, continuous cough, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, it could be Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Regardless of the symptoms, follow Government advice, self-isolate, get tested, and call NHS 111 if you have breathing difficulties.
