It was a long project for us on a building that hid a multitude of problems but after a complete renovation including new roof, re wire, new kitchen, wc and office all in an Art Deco style. The Dylan Miles classic car showroom was opened by celebrity guest Steve Coogan.

The hallway in this house was a waste of space with an unusable cupboard under the stairs.

We removed 50% of the cupboard and surrounding walls and installed a steel beam for support massively increasing the floor space by the front door.
