We would like to wish our labourer Harry a farewell as he moves on to his new career at Howdens joinery as a Kitchen sales designer.

Harry joined us two and half years ago with no clue of the building industry.. ( not alot has changed 👀 ) just kidding. From starting with us during covid we have seen Harry mature into the person he is today and create a great working relationship with our team, contractors and clients.

Lovely project just finished, Garage divided into two halves. Fully insulated office space created fitted out with Click LVT flooring, Plastered finish,Electric radiator, Spotlights/Sockets.

Externally cladded with Deluxe Woodgrain composite cladding, Black Ash fascia board and matching French doors. Ready for a Porcelain slab to be installed infront of the doors.

Its been great to see this project evolve into a modern home office.

A Few photos of our current job at Walton on the wolds.. Existing concrete flagstones removed and floor re-concreted in areas. Full ground floor self levelled and underfloor heating system installed. 150sqm of Porcelenosa tiles going down.

Stunning driveway Job completed in Easthorpe. Dig out and widening of the existing drive and a new main parking area installed using Autumn Tegula block paving. 200sqm of Cotswold buff gravel with tegula edgings, finished off with a Oak Sleeper planter bed along the driveway curving around to the Gate.

A Recent patio and outdoor kitchen completed in Ruddington. Featuring Porcelain paving, split face slate cladding, water feature and outdoor kitchen area.

First of 4 bathrooms we are doing for our current client.. completely transformed the En-suite bathroom.

Incorporating a marble effect tile along with floating vanity unit with tiled top to match. Bespoke shower screen with mosaic tiling throughout the shower cubicle with a Led lit tiled alcove . Flush to tile white slate effect shower tray.

Plaster coving fitted in keeping with the property..

What a transformation 😍 wall removed and fireplace opened up to allow for a double sided wood stove. Reclaimed brick slips installed along with a new rustic beam to restore the Farmhouse look.

A full media wall installation including a new brick slip chamber with Indian stone Hearth, inset TV with back lighting, shelving and a Oak beam installed in East Leake. We absolutely love how much this has changed the feel of the room.

•Garage conversion with 3mx2.5m side extension including EnSuite and Link-through to the house, EPDM rubber roofing incorporating a skylight and Ash black facias.

• En-Suite with his and hers shower, double vanity unit, Recessed alcove with led lighting, electric underfloor heating, wet room tiling through out using Vena Grey porcelain tiles on walls and floor.

•Landscaping of the whole garden including a main Porcelain patio, herringbone patios, gabion seating, Artificial grass, screen fencing, Composite cladded seating area and a Gravelled area incorporating a water feature

• 8x4m Garden Room with Charcoal Composite cladding, full bespoke bar and skylights and Air Conditioning with bifold and sliding doors with a full plastered finish. Canopy over hang areas for Hot-tub and covered seating.
