We celebrated Summer Solstice a time of growth, vitality and abundance honouring the light from the sun & the light within ourselves 💫
We nourished our bodies & minds with gentle somatic yoga and breath-work, we had fun creating vision boards setting wonderful intentions for the rest of our year ahead reigniting our inner passion & fire, enjoyed a woodland walk connecting with all of the elements & sealed the magical energy of the day with a beautiful drum bath & deep relaxation feeling renewed & refreshed 💫
