Cherish Memory Bears

It's with a very heavy heart that I am having to post this to all of my lovely customers. Unfortunately over the past few months my health has declined and I am no longer able to sit at my much loved machine. My journey of Cherish Memory bears has now come to an end. I have met some amazing people and made some friendships that I will hold close forever.
During this journey I have raised over £100,000 for Blood Cancer UK and hopefully have helped towards the research that is undertaken for anyone that is battling and undergoing treatment.

Without all of you, this would not have been possible. Thank you for trusting me with the items that you all hold so close to you and allowing me to turn them into a keepsake that hopefully has brought comfort to you.

For anyone that has outstanding orders I can only apologise. I wish that I had the strength to complete my orders. I now need to take some time and rest and make memories with my family, who have always supported my adventure in creating these keepsakes.

If you have orders placed with me, please contact me and I can arrange sending back any items that may have already been sent to me and provide you with links to other amazing crafter that I have met along the way.

Finally... I just want to express my gratitude and thanks again to every single person who has come to me. I am truly honoured to have been trusted.

Hi all,

Today marks the ten year anniversary of my daughters fiance losing his courageous battle with blood cancer. It's been a tough ten years for us all but from this sadness Cherish Memory Bears was born to raise much needed money to fund research so that no one else should suffer the same terrible journey.

It seems fitting on this day that we should close CMB officially as I have to think of my health and myself for once. I won't be taking any new orders but I will do all I can to fulfil any that I aiready have.

In my time I have raised over £100,000 for blood cancer and this has all been done in my own time and with all profits going to charity. I have met some lovely people over the years and made some lifelong friends and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I hope what I have created for you gives you comfort and joy for many years. Thank you for your trust with your most precious of items, I hope I was able to give you a little of the person you have loved and lost back.

For those of you still grieving, just take each day as it comes. It does get easier over time but there is no set timescale and each person will grieve in their own way. Keep saying their name and talking about them and they will never be truly gone from your life. The old you may be gone but the new you will always have your loved one in your heart forever ❤️
