We are excited to announce that WC2 now has fully integrated Solar Charging.

Officially named ‘Integrated Solar Charge’, the homeowner can select between charging from pure surplus solar, (assuming they have solar at home)

Charge now (using grid energy) or Scheduled Charging utilising any cheap rate electricity tariffs via the M***A charging APP.
This feature has been made possible by utilising the existing CT Clamp we supply with all WC2 units.

The CT Clamp is bi-directional. We can now monitor incoming and export power values coming into and out of the property.

Any power values read by the CT clamp that are exported from the property are deemed ‘surplus energy’, and the WC2 has been upgraded to monitor for this and direct the excess energy to the car. (when ‘Integrated Solar Charge’ has been activated in the M***a APP)

Integrated SolarCharge enables you to charge from your solar panels, leveraging your surplus green energy whilst also reducing charge costs.

This feature integrates with any solar panel hardware, takes 5 minutes to set up, and is completely free to use.
