Unfortunately we have had a few 'no shows' for appointments since we came back from Christmas.

If you can't make your appointment, please do call and leave a message, or send us a message on Facebook to let us know. We are very lucky to be busy and we can easily fill a space with enough notice. You can also download the Ovatu You app (pictured) to manage your appointments online.

Not showing for your appointment will result in 100% charge for the missed appointment before we can rebook you. This is to protect our self employed therapists income.

It's that time of year when the glitter comes out and we're working our magic to make you all feel wonderful for the Christmas season.

Unfortunately we have had a number of no shows in the last couple of weeks. Please make a note of your appointments and let us know in good time if you can't make it. We can always fill a slot with enough notice, but last minute cancellations and no shows result in someone else missing out on a treat and lost income for our therapists.
