HOLIDAY LEAVE 31st JULY - 15th AUGUST

For the last two years I've been very fortunate to have some annual leave during the school summer holidays and this year I've lucked out again.

I will be spending some quality time with family at the end of July to 15th August.

If you would like an appointment before I leave, and can please pre book as my diary is filling up fast. Alternatively I'll be back and ready for action mid August!

Alot of patients who come to see me take pain relief medication that can cause constipation i.e codiene.

If the patient is also in pain with their lower back pain it maybe a struggle to even sit on the toilet, so straining because of constipation is very painful. Try taking 2 kiwis aswell 💪💪💪

Cancellation fees protect my small business

Starting the week with something I don't like to talk about. Unfortunately, no shows are something in my industry we do experience.

And while I try to be as accommodating as possible. Please, consider I am on reduced hours after returning from maternity leave so my working days do get very busy.

Most people want those early morning slots this weekend I had 3 people on a waiting list for a morning appointment and couldn't give it to them, but unfortunately then experienced someone not show up.

We commonly expect to be charged from bigger companies dentists, beauticians, restaurant reservations. My cancellation fee is not personal it just protects my one person business.

So please remember

THE RUST BUCKET CHALLENGE

I love to hear about clients doing amazing things in the spare time. This is a local fundraising event take place each year, this year raising funds for the very worthy motor neurone disease.
