Break dancing for Jo J, not really🤣 but she did have an accident on her way to the dance floor and broke her arm. Sadly she will be out of the clinic for the next 6 weeks. 😢

Samantha, our microdermabrasion practitioner, had a surprise weekend away @ The Corinthia in London.🥰

Nicola, our Mindfulness practitioner, went to the Greenbelt Festival, but was glad to get home to a comfy bed despite having a great time!🏕

Kathy, our Reiki practitioner is so calm and gentle we sometimes forget to tell you about her. She's got many, many years' experience working privately and in the NHS, using Reiki to reduce stress, calm nerves and help people suffering with mental health problems.

We’ve got a few osteopathy appointments today with Rob, Georgina and Kate, but after that, we’re done for the weekend!

Do you like the clicking or the gentle treatments? 🤔 Or do you prefer a combination? Brooke is off this week, but osteopath Kate Walton does both. Like Brooke and Claire she is qualified to use the gentler approaches to treatment, but she's also excellent at the clicking/crunching.

She's opened up some more appointments for tomorrow (Friday) and Brooke is off this week, so book in with Kate if you need crunching, or if a baby in the family needs help with feeding, tongue tie or constant. crying.

It's National Allotment Week and osteopath Claire is dying to share more tips with you. Today's tip is that broken washing baskes make great plant pot holders. They're light weight, so easy to carry and catch the water that leaks out of the plant pots. It also makes it easy to move the plants in and out when they're a bit young to cope with harsh weather.

Weekend news!

🤔 Steven asked Ai to design a new sign for the front of the clinic. We didn't like any of the results, but it was a fun exercise!

❤ Our new aesthetics practitioner, Samantha, had cuddle time while enjoying being a grandparent.

👏👏 Kulwinder made rhubarb and apple crumble. The photo evidence suggests it was GOOD.

😲 Tina was up at silly o'clock to do a 4Km swim at Rutland. Madness!

Brooke went to Glyndebourne and experienced Wagner! 🎶 And she climbed Snowden! 😲

🎶 Jay was jamming with one of the bands he's in.

Claire picked 400 runner beans. 😏 We're not sure what she'll do with them all.

Help! We need a problem knee for tomorrow evening's OsteopathyTV show!

Our model isn't well and can't make it. Do you know someone who has injured their knee? If so would they like being on live TV? Our guest is an eminent knee surgeon who wants to demonstrate examining a knee and to talk about what sort of rehab is needed after different types of surgery.
