We uplifted and removed all the old broken uneven slabs , we created a suitable hardcore sub base, fitted 70 standard utility slabs 600m x 600mm , fitted a privacy Venetian style fence to hide the old shed , with edgers and turf to finish the area to the existing lawn area .
This was for one of our favourite customers, we have completed many projects for Ralf over the years , he always keeps us well fed with food and drink , it’s a beautiful thing to have a customer appreciate you that much that they go out of there way to look after you, can’t wait for phase 4 & 5

Outdoor/Indoor room created by the 1-2-1 team this week, this was a wasted space within the clients property.
Venetian privacy trellis was built to the side and front to give the feel of a garden room , so open but also enclosed.
It turned out really well and the clients were very happy with it,

We changed the step lay out on the front of this property to suit our clients requirements , we replaced the concrete slabs with natural sandstone , we installed footings and new brick work, we excavated the lawn area and fitted a perforated w**d membrane and 20mm gravel , we also supplied and fitted a box hedge that will grow and fill in to create a low barrier from the path. This was quite a challenging job, it’s a garden that’s on different levels and this is the lower level , making access with materials /wheel barrows /machinery difficult, the bottom lawn didn’t do well on heavy ground and shade so we have turned it into a low maintenance area , excavating the lawn to drop the level , w**d membrane fitted , 450x450 standard utility slabs, and grey Cotswold gravel.
