This will be a fiery, creative class where you can explore your bodys limits and have some fun!✨

Each class will include breath-work, meditation and the asana practice😌

This class is suitable for beginners as modifications will be provided whenever its needed🫶🏼

Gentle Yoga 11am-12pm FULL
Sivananda Yoga (intermediate) 6.15-7.15pm FULL
Sivananda Yoga (general) 7.30-8.30pm FULL

Thursday
Early morning Yoga (dynamic) 6.30-7.30am
Hatha Yoga (general) 10-11am
