Commercial lighting upgrade for . Having been built 21 years ago, their purpose built indoor cricket centre had 66 flourescent light fittings @ 220W each totalling 14.5kW of energy being used when the hall was in use. We have removed the fittings and redesigned the layout using low bay light fittings. In total there are now 42 fittings at 144w each totalling 6kW. Not only is this going to dramatically reduce their energy bills, the overall light output throughout the hall has increased. This is a fantastic facility on the island and it’s been great to be able to assist in the lighting upgrades to ensure the club can viably continue to offer the facility for island based cricket.

A recent consumer unit change on this rental property in Ryde. Removing the old rewireable fuses and installing a new RCBO consumer unit. We also replaced 3 old storage heaters with some radiators ready for winter.

Installation of a PEN fault detection device and double pole type A RCBO for an existing EV Charger that we came across on an EICR having no earth rod or PEN fault detection, along with being installed using the incorrect brand of MCB for the existing consumer unit and on a Type AC RCD 🤦‍♂️

Today marks 1 year of us trading on the Island. Never expected to have undertaken the amount of work we have in the first year. It’s been great to work for some lovely clients and with some fantastic people and companies. Looking forward to what the next year has to offer!
