Origins of word Shen 🙏

“ The ankh consists of three parts: the cross, which represents
matter, the Shen Loop, which represents the spiritual domain and the Sken Knot, which binds
our spiritual nature to matter (i.e., our bodies). The Shen Knot represents our breathing. As long
as we are breathing, our spirit is bound to our bodies. But at the moment of death, we cease to
breathe, and our spirit separates from our body. It slips, symbolically speaking, through the
Shen Loop into the spirit worlds".
