So it's arrived , our final trading day here at M&Co Ryde 💔

Please bear with us today as there is no doubt emotions will be running high amongst the team, we have all been here and a part of each others daily lives for such a long time now and it feels quite surreal that this chapter of our lives is about to come to an end 😢💔😥

We know to some this might be just another highstreet store closing it's doors but to us it's so much more ..... Its a place that holds a great deal of familiarity and comfort, somewhere we could go knowing that there would always be someone to listen , to sympathise and advise , people who would share a laugh , lend an ear to bend and offer a shoulder to cry on , a safe space , a home from home and a second family 💕😍💕

We have travelled many a journey and encountered every emotion along the way but I think its safe to say these past few months have been some of toughest and the past few weeks have flown by but we are still here , still standing and still smiling 😊💜😁

So come down and see us , take full advantage of all the discounts the store has to offer and grab yourselves some bargains, we as always look forward to seeing you all 🩷

So today is the day our countdown begins 💔 ( I know , we are sad too )

I have encountered a few people over the past few days who have stopped me in the street and said they feel they can't come in because they would feel like vultures.

Please do not feel this way , we love that you are still coming in and shopping with us and we love seeing you all so please don't miss out on all the bargains the store has to offer

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we can now share with you our last day of trading here at M&CO Ryde will be Tuesday 4th April 2023.💔

We have been lucky enough to gain many lovely , loyal customers over the 13 years we have been a part of the highstreet , from the holiday makers to our locals , our Carrianne's & our Penny and James's right through to our Baby George's and Little Emily's we will miss you all .💕

We would like to thank you all for your continued custom , kind words , love , laughs , support and even gifts , we really do appreciate every single one of you 🩷

Please don't be strangers, we are still open and trading and the store is full to the brim with amazing offers so come and say hi and grab yourselves a bargain or two , we look forward to seeing you. ❣️

Due to hitting the national news most of you will now be aware that M&Co is very sadly due to close its doors .

The Brand has been bought but this unfortunately did not include any of the stores , which was not the positive outcome any of us had hoped for .

We have been a part of the highstreet for 13 years now and are deeply saddened by this news .The team in store have worked and are working extremely hard throughout this difficult and stressful time and we will do our upmost to keep your shopping experience with us a positive and happy one .

We understand that you may have questions and queries which we will do our best to help you with , please bear in mind that this is a very emotional time for our team in store and we ask that all staff are treated with kindness and respect.

We would like to thank our customers for your support , well wishes and kind words and hope to continue seeing you all for as long as we remain open .

We are still receiving new stock into stores and most branches will Continue to trade into April .

There are many bargains to be had along the way and we look forward to seeing you all soon

This is not an easy message to write but one we feel is needed .

As most of you will be aware of by now, M&CO as of the 9th December 2022 sadly entered into administration .

The store itself is open and trading and we do indeed have a huge sale on with some incredible bargains to be had . However a few things have changed that we would like to make our customers aware of.

♦️We can no longer process refunds but do offer an exchange for items up to the same value or above , you can do this within 14 days of purchase but must have a receipt .

♦️We can no longer scan loyalty cards to add points or accept loyalty vouchers .

♦️We do accept gift vouchers but due to the administration there are strict rules surrounding this that can be explained to you in store if required.

We have been a part of the highstreet for a very long time now and we understand that lots of you have many questions and queries which we will try our upmost to help you with .

Please be kind and respectful to our staff upon visiting the store as we are doing the best we can in very uncertain times and challenging circumstances ,all we ask is please be understanding when raising an issue .

We look forward to seeing you and would like to thank our longstanding customers for your kind words , well wishes and support that you have shown us in recent weeks , you are very much appreciated ♥️
