WE ARE HIRING:
Experienced plumber/multi skilled tradesperson
Main duties to include:
Bathroom refurbishments, rip out existing, cap off and isolate services, re-route pipework, prepare floors to receive wet floor former including drainage, prepare walls for tiling, carry out second fixings, re-site or fit new radiators
Experience in wet room/level access shower and domestic disabled adaptations desirable
Good team player works well on own initiative and strong customer service skills
Full driving license essential
This is a full time permanent position, PAYE based in St Albans and local surrounding areas
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, company van & fuel supplied
Salary depending upon experience up to £32,000 pa

We are looking for a qualified electrician
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced electrician to join our rapidly expanding electrical division, job will be in St Albans and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a strong team player who is capable of working alone as well as with others.
You will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation works/maintenance for our customers including schools, local businesses, council and private dwellings.
KEY SKILLS:
• Relevant experience as a fully qualified electrician (minimum 3 years experience)
• Holds City & Guilds IEE 18th Edition
• Holds City & Guilds 2391, 2394 or 2395 Testing and Inspection to level 3 qualification
• Domestic/Commercial/Construction experience
• ECS gold card (can be obtained through company)
• Disclosure Scotland check (CRB) (can be obtained through company)
DESIRABLE:
• IPAF
• PASMA
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• City & Guilds 2919
SKILLS PROFILE:
• Must hold a full valid UK driving license
• Focused, motivated and enthusiastic
• Capable of completing all own paperwork in a clear, accurate and concise manner
THE PACKAGE:
£ (salary dependant on experience) 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
