Nobody wants to feel vulnerable or open - but discussing mental health in a welcoming and honest environment is something we take seriously at RGF.

That's why we make sure all our people know that , and we're committed to listening whenever and whenever they need it.

We're delighted to have raised over £100 for Macmillan Cancer Support following our Coffee Morning last week ☕ 💚

Also a big shoutout to Weena Lowe, our Contractor Care Manager, who took home a brand new Amazon Echo Dot in our raffle! Well done Weena 🤖

We've had a lovely morning holding a Support Coffee Morning at our Manchester HQ and our office in London ☕ 💚

We're delighted to contribute to Macmillan, a superb cause and a truly special charity that provides invaluable support for people whose lives have been affected by cancer.

Emmah comes to us with loads of Compliance know-how, and is well versed in Compliance within the recruiting sector. Emmah is also highly skilled in coaching and mentoring, and has already begun implementing some brilliant changes and initiatives within the business.

It's National Apprenticeship Week, so we'd like to thank our incredible apprentices for everything they do for RGF! 👏

Our apprentices span a wide range of talents, specialisms and sectors, ranging from HR and Compliance all the way to Marketing, Consulting, and more, with many enrolled on high-level courses including CIPD HR Level 5.

We're also proud to be part of the The 5% Club, and actively encourage the employment of apprentices, sponsored students, and graduates into today's workforce.

For many of us, Christmas is a special time for giving, sharing, and spending quality time with family and friends. However, for many families across the country, this isn’t the case.

Family Action's annual Christmas Toy Appeal aims to make Christmas magic for the children they work with by providing them with a gift, when otherwise they might have had nothing. Each year, they receive requests for toys that they can give to families who need them, and we're going to be buying some presents for those who need them across the country.
