This is a beginners yoga class and everyone is welcome.

There will be included specific asanas and stretches, to help those who might be putting in those running miles.

This class will help relax, rejuvenate and ready you for your path ahead.

The last day of a Baby Massage block is always a sad one...😢

I always feel so blessed to share your early journey in motherhood and to see your little humans grow. Yes these are baby focused classes but I always like to focus on your mental health, wellness and bonding time with your baby to help you feel empowered, supported and nurtured in this environment.

To those of you who won't be joining us again in November I hope you go on to enjoy more wonderful classes on your journey.
