We’re proud to support the Gold from the Stone Christmas Dinner Project! The Gold from the Stone Foundation supports Christmas Dinners for young care leavers. A national community of communities making Christmas Day special for people who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day.

The first Christmas Dinner was in 2013, and since then there has been 130 Dinners in 35 locations across the UK. The foundation would like to support many more care leavers across the UK, by offering them a magical Christmas Day experience, and any donation big or small can help make this a reality.

👋 Today we say a fond farewell to our fantastic team member, Eve, as she embarks on her new adventure in London! Eve started her journey with us as our first Apprentice back in September 2021. During this time, she won Highly Commended for the Apprentice of the Year Category at the MPA Inspiration Awards. Sailing Holly Blue are a family of adventurers who took the plunge and gave up the security of land life to live on a boat and sail in Greece back in 2019, when their new sailing life was born! ⛵

We joined their journey by completely restructuring their website, making it a breeze to manage. The result? A modern, user-friendly site that not only simplified content updates but also enables new features and unlocked fresh opportunities. The family document their sailing journey and have subscribers a-plenty on their YouTube channel, so the new site needed to include all YouTube episodes, with the ability to add new episodes with ease, as they become available. They also offer an SHB membership which gives members access to exclusive content and early access to their latest episodes. A monthly and annual subscription was therefore also built into the site.

Successful Food Collection for the Salford Foodbank ⭐

We were warmly welcomed by Mervyn and his colleagues, who gave us a tour of the warehouse and great insight into their efforts, day-in and day-out. We learned how the organisation operates and the kind of impact it has on the local community. It was an eye-opening experience to see the hard work and dedication that goes into helping those in need. ♥

Another week another shift in the social media world... What's new! 😂👀 Elon Musk has been busy lately, including changing the name of Twitter to "X" in a major corporate rebranding. Interestingly, the new logo was actually crowdsourced from one of his followers! It's all part of the billionaire's plan for Twitter to become an "everything app."

An unexpected move, and we can't help but question if it was really necessary. It'll be interesting to see what his next move for the app is, nonetheless. Watch this space!
