Felice Venerdì a tutti ! How’s everyone ? I know@I have been very silent lately. For@the old and new followers and customers I just want to let you know how happy and grateful I am to have you all supporting me. With starting University I needed to find a new balance between family work and studies. It has not been easy and I am still tweaking few things, but I am so happy to still provide and create italian desserts for you all! This is one of my favourite cake that I did in a while ! Pan di Spagna sponge cake with chocolate mascarpone cream and strawberries ! Sprinkles makes it always look prettier ! Don’t you think ? Sorry for being quite, August has been a crazy month. It was lovely to see family and spend some good quality time in my country but sadly I also ended up in the hospital with my daughter who was really poorly. She is a lot better and I’m glad for how well we been looked after us in Italy.

We are now back in the UK and follow the government guidelines and therefore isolating for the next week.

I just wanted to let you know that I’m working at my Autumn/Winter menù and I can’t wait to share with you all!

I am so happy to be back and do what I like the most ! I hope you guys have enjoyed your summer and ready to try some of my stuff !
