Well it’s that time of year I guess! Leak after leak with roofs and chimneys 🤦‍♂️

The flooring will be finished tomorrow and then on to the ground floor 🥰

As you can see a fantastic job creating this re-enforced slab for an extension. Steel work all in and concreted today, ready for the shuttering to be removed Saturday 🙌

This customer is looking to build an extension on the rear of their property, but they had a slight technical issue they had to try and overcome to be able to get the build to commence due to some ground conditions 😖😖

No problem for our team though, with a site meeting we soon decided how to easily overcome it. Follow us this week to see how we can get a lovely foundation pad ready for the build to commence 😎😎🙌

Alongside all of our other work at the mo, we have a large job underway. I just thought I would share some of the progress to date, and will continue to do so through the build, it’s going to be a fantastic house 💪
