Hillcrest Guesthouse, Whitby, Scarborough Videos

Ive come down this morning to the beach hut to get it sorted and i spotted a seal just off the rocks so started to follow it to get a picture. As i was following it i spotted a big flock of gulls following what must have been a big shoal of fish, and low and behold all of a sudden there were 5/6 dolphins breaching!! So Monday night is the last night of Whitby’s regatta festival and the finale is always the wonderful fireworks on the east pier. Visible (normally) for miles around. We chose to watch them from our beach hut, but there are loads of places to watch from. It’s was an excellent display. Next years regatta runs from the 12th to the 14th of August.
